Workfare Henchmen

Neville Watkins had been on the dole for three months when he was signed up to the new mandatory "Workfare" volunteer scheme, given a gun, and told to patrol a corridor. The facility he was patrolling, New Atlantis, was the underwater fortress of the enigmatic Duke Salem.

Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. all they knew was some guy in a tuxedo had got on board and was causing trouble. All the Workfare volunteers were expected to find him and kill him - otherwise they would have their benefits sanctioned...
